Amanda is a student and is passionate about law. She is a recent graduate, defending her thesis with a highly relevant theme, “The Incidence of Moral Harassment in the Corporate Environment.” She had the opportunity to closely get to know how this occurs in Brazil through field research, and also heard and participated in debates on the topic with people who suffered such aggressions. Amanda was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association even before completing her bachelor’s degree and is active in several areas of the law such as consumer, civil, labor, and contractual law. Amanda has her academic focus turned to tax law; however, she’s comfortable in all the branches, she is assigned.
