Brazil Extends Antidumping Duties on Imports of Glass Tableware from China, Indonesia and Argentina

The Brazilian Chamber of Foreign Trade (CAMEX) published on December 23, 2016, a notice extending the antidumping duties applied to Brazilian imports of glass tableware originating from China, Indonesia and Argentina, classified under tariff codes 7013.49.00, 7013.28.00 and 7013.37.00 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM), for additional five years.

The extension of the antidumping duties means that the following surcharge will continue to be applied on all Brazilian imports of the products from China, Indonesia and Argentina:
