Currently living in Switzerland, Esha Sandhu is part of Sidera’s Trade Law & Investment Attraction Chapter, advising European and Indian clients in several jurisdictions in antidumping investigation and tariff reduction mechanisms.
Before joining Sidera, Ms Sandhu practised law in New Delhi (India) and has over 6 years of experience in Dispute Resolution. After graduating from law school, she began her legal career in the chambers of former Attorney General of India, Mr Mukul Rohatgi, where she worked as a legal researcher. From there, Esha went on to join Khaitan & Co LLP, a premier law firm, where she worked first as an Associate and later as a Senior Associate, handling a wide range of matters involving white-collar crimes, indirect taxation, consumer disputes, employment laws, and commercial issues.
More recently, she has had several short stints as a Consultant with the World Trade Institute, the University of Bern, where Ms Sandhu assisted Prof. Peter Van den Bossche, Director of Studies, in various research and editorial assignments.
Esha is a fluent English speaker and can additionally converse in Hindi & Punjabi (both Indian languages). She also has a working knowledge of German.
