Tomas has worked for the Argentinian Ministry of Economy as a trade analyst, intervening in anti-dumping, safeguards, and subsidy investigations.
He participated in the rules debates at the Doha Round Negotiations and discussions regarding some investigations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Argentina, where he specialized in trade negotiations.
Additionally, he has broad experience in the private sector including acting as an external advisor for Buenos Aires SMEs in business development, investment and innovation matters.
Degree in Economics from the Buenos Aires University (2000-2004)
Further studies included courses in mathematics, statistics, business administration, and accounting.
