Extension of Anti-Circumvention Review on Heavy Plates from China

Through Notice Circular from January 13, 2017, the Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade announced a three-month deadline extension for the anti-circumvention review on imports of heavy plates originating from China, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM) 7208.51.00 and 7208.52.00. The deadline extension is due to start on February 10, 2017.

Anti-dumping measures on Brazilian imports of heavy plates from China currently in force are established by the Resolution 77/13.
