Anti-Circumvention Review on Flat-Rolled Steel

The Ministry of Foreign Trade through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC) published on August 10, 2016 an official notice opening an anti-circumvention review on flat-rolled steel original from China, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM) 7208.51.00 and 7208.52.00.

The period analyzed in the review will be from April 2013 to March 2016. The review will cover not only the Chinese exports of flat-rolled steel, but also the Chinese exports of heavy plates with titanium or chromo classified under the tariff code 7225.40.90 (NCM).

Non-identified interested parties will have 20 days, from the date of the official publication, to accredit themselves in the process.
