EspañolAntidumping Investigation: provisional duties on imports of automotive glasses from China
Based on the preliminary determination published in May 2016, relative to the ongoing antidumping investigation on Brazilian imports from China of automotive glasses, the Brazilian Government has now applied provisional duties.
The notice indicated the existence of causal link between the Chinese imports of automotive glasses and the alleged injury suffered by the Brazilian industry during the period under investigation.
Provisional duties are valid for a maximum of six (6) months from the date of publication and may change according to the final determination.
