Antidumping Investigation: definitive duties on imports of Citric Acid from China

The Brazilian Chamber of Foreign Trade published a decision applying antidumping duties to two additional Chinese companies regarding exports to Brazil of citric acid, classified under items 2918.14.00 and 2918.15.00 of the NCM.

TTCA Co. Ltd. and Weifang Ensign Industry Co. Ltd were part of an existent price undertaking established in 2012 and quarterly updated since then, and have been found to be violating the provisions determined. Therefore, the antidumping duties applied to them were US$ 803.61/ton and US$ 823.04/ton, respectively.

Measures are valid from June 24, 2016.
