The Ministry of Foreign Trade, through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC), published, on July 19, 2016, an official notice with the revised deadlines of the investigation on viscose mesh exported from China.
According to the notice, the new deadlines of the investigation are:
| Date | Deadline |
| November 16, 2016 | End of the probative phase of investigation. |
| December 6, 2016 | Deadline for submitting briefs on data and information available in the case records. |
| December 16, 2016 | Issuance of Fact Sheet (Technical Note) with essential facts under analysis that will be considered for the final determination. |
| January 5, 2017 | Deadline for interested parties to submit final briefs and deadline of the instruction phase of the process. |
| January 16, 2017 | Issuance of Decom’s Final Determination Report. |
