The Ministry of Foreign Trade through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC) published on August 8, 2016, an official notice with the revised deadlines of the investigation of Automotive Glass from China.
According to the notice the new deadlines of the investigation are:

| November 10, 2016 | End of the probative phase of investigation. |
| November 30, 2016 | Deadline for submitting briefs on data and information available in the case records. |
| December 12, 2016 | Issuance of Fact Sheet (Technical Note) |
| January 2, 2017 | Deadline for interested parties to submit final commentaries |
| January 12, 2017 | Issuance of DECOM’s Final Determination Report. |
