Agricultural tires imported from China

The Ministry of Foreign Trade published on May 23, 2016 an Official Notice adjusting the deadline for the conclusion of the antidumping investigation of agricultural tires exported from China.

According to the Notice, the deadline for the conclusion of the investigation was extended for of up to 8 months as from October 14, 2016 regarding the antidumping investigation of exports of agricultural tires exported from China. This is normal practice in the investigations of higher levels of complexity and has no special meaning about the likely results.

The Brazilian Government will timely publish the revised deadlines of the process, such as deadlines to provide new information and evidence in the process, comment the information in the case records, issuance of Key Facts (Technical Note) and to comment on such report, and Decom’s recommendation to the Chamber of Ministries.
