Antidumping Investigation on: Frozen Potatoes
The Ministry of Foreign Trade through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC) published, today, an Official Notice with the revised deadlines of the investigation of frozen potatoes exported from Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
According to the Notice the new deadlines of the investigation are:
| Date | Deadlines |
| October 17 | End of the probative phase of investigation. |
| November 7 | Deadline for submitting briefs on data and information available in the case records. |
| November 17 | Issuance of Fact Sheet (Technical Note) |
| December 7 | Deadline for interested parties to submit final commentaries |
| December 22 | Issuance of DECOM’s Final Determination Report. |
