The Ministry of Foreign Trade through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC) published, today, an Official Notice with the revised deadlines of the investigation of agricultural tires exported from China.
According to the Notice the new deadlines of the investigation are:
| Date | Deadlines |
| September 28 | End of the probative phase of investigation. |
| October 19 | Deadline for submitting briefs on data and information available in the case records. |
| November 3 | Issuance of Fact Sheet (Technical Note) |
| November 23 | Deadline for interested parties to submit final commentaries |
| December 6 | Issuance of DECOM’s Final Determination Report. |
