Antidumping Investigation: PVC Film from Peru and Bahrain.

The Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade, and Services, through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC) published on July 29, 2016 an official notice terminating the antidumping investigation on the imports of PVC Film originating from Peru and Bahrain, classified under the tariff codes 3920.62.19, 3920.62.91, and 3920.62.99.

According to the publication, there was no causal link between the Peruvian and Bahrain exports of the product and the alleged injury suffered by the domestic industry during the period of the investigation. Therefore, The Brazilian Government terminated the investigation without the application of antidumping duty.
