Antidumping on Brazilian Imports of Frozen Potatoes: Adjustment on McCain’s Price Undertaking

The Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade (Secex) of the Brazilian Chamber of Foreign Trade (Camex), published an Official Notice on July 31, 2017 with the revised price undertaking signed between the Brazilian government and the McCain group.

McCain will have to comply with the following revised price undertakings:

1)    McCain Alimentaire and McCain Holland must observe the minimum price of R$ 3.516,32/t, ex fabric condition, to the first independent buyer in Brazil;

2)    McCain from France and the Netherlands must export their product to Brazil at the minimum CIF price of € 508,94/t;

3)    Frozen potatoes produced in the Netherlands or France exported to McCain Argentina and then to independent clients in Brazil must observe the minimum CIF price of €838,99/t;

The measure establishing the price undertaking adjustment will come into force on August 30, 2017.
