Certain Models of Speakers Originating from China Liberated from Antidumping Duty

The conclusion of the assessment of scope on the application of the antidumping duty on the Brazilian imports of speakers from China, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature 8518.21.00, 8518.22.00 and 8518.29.90., was published on November 1, 2016 by the Brazilian government.

It was concluded in the analysis that the Bluetooth speakers as well as the speakers used by telephone companies originating from China will be liberated from the antidumping duty.
