The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) issued Normative Instruction 32 recognizing the equivalence between seed potatoes produced in Brazil and Scotland. According to this measure, seed potatoes produced and certified in Scotland will be exempt from a previous class assessment and technical report.
