Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa gathered this week during The 9^th Brics Summit held in Xiamen, China to discuss economic cooperation, trade, technology, sustainable development, terrorism and several other topics.

4 major acts were signed during the meeting:

-Brics Action Plan for Cooperation in Innovation (2017-2020);

-Brics Action Plan for Economic and Trade Cooperation;

-Understanding Memorandum between Brics Administrative Council and The New Development Bank on Strategic Cooperation;

-Brics Strategy for Customs Cooperation;

The Presidents in attendance highlighted the importance of enhancing economic development among their countries and envision to achieve this with high prospects
