Antidumping investigation on: Ethylene glycol mono-butyl ether (EGBE)

The Ministry of Foreign Trade through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC) published on July 25, 2016 an official notice regarding the antidumping investigation of Ethylene glycol mono-butyl ether (EGBE) exported from United States of America.

The notice announced a up to 2-month extension for the conclusion of the investigation as from August 5, 2016. This is a normal practice in investigations with higher levels of complexity and has no special meaning about the likely results. The Brazilian Government will timely publish the revised deadlines of the investigation.
