Conclusion of Antidumping Investigation on Brazilian Imports of PP Resin from China, Chinese Taipei, India and Indonesia
The Brazilian Chamber of Foreign Trade (CAMEX) published, on November 28, 2016, a notice on the conclusion of the antidumping investigation on the Brazilian imports of PP resin originating from China, Chinese Taipei, India and Indonesia, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (tariff code) 3907.60.00.
According to the notice, the investigation was concluded with the imposition of the following antidumping duties for a period of 5 years:
