Karina Russo is a part of Sidera’s team in Argentina, based in Buenos Aires. She currently works as a legal consultant and represents companies in antidumping and safeguard investigations; she also works as an attorney on customs matters.

Before joining Sidera, Karina worked as a manager of the Mortgage Trust Division of Argentina’s leading commercial and mortgage bank – Banco Hipotecario S.A. She was in charge of developing control manuals for supporting documentation on mortgage financial trusts and processes.

Karina is also a Professor at La Matanza University (Buenos Aires, Argentina), where she teaches Mediation, Negotiation, and Arbitration.

Karina is a native speaker of Spanish and is fluent in English.

Karina gained her Bachelor of Law from the Morón University (Buenos Aires, Argentina) in 1995 and has been working as an attorney since 1996.

She completed her postgraduate specialization in international financial transactions, international sale of goods and capital markets, at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 2008.

Karina is also a trained mediator, negotiator, and a stock exchange operator.
