Growing together: Over the last week of November, Sidera members from different parts of Brazil met in São Paulo to evaluate the results of 2022 and work on the strategic planning of our projects for next year.
A week to meet the new faces, be involved with affection and optimism, and get ready for next year. It has been a huge challenge to be working apart, and what a relief to finally be #together, brainstorming, creating complex strategies, all united for common goals. And no more: "you are on mute!"
