Public Interest Analysis on the Antidumping Duties Applied on the Brazilian Imports of n-Butanol from the United States, South Africa and Russia

On November 28, 2016, the Brazilian Government announced the establishment of the Public Interest Assessment Technical Group (GTIP – Grupo Técnico de Avaliação em Interesse Público) in order to investigate the application of antidumping duties on the Brazilian imports of n-butanol originating from the United States, South Africa and Russia.

The GTIP group acts in order to analyze the suspension or amendments of provisional and definitive antidumping measures on the grounds of public interest.
