Revised deadlines of LWC Sunset Review
The Secretary of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC), published, an official notice on July 27, 2017 with revised deadlines for the investigation on light weight coated paper, under the code 4810.22.90 of the Mercosur Common Nomenclature, exported from Germany, Belgium, Canada, the United States, Finland and Switzerland
According to the notice, the new deadlines of the investigation are:
| Date | Deadline |
| October 30, 2017 | End of the probative phase of investigation |
| November 20, 2017 | Deadline for submitting briefs on data and information available in the case records |
| December 5, 2017 | Issuance of Fact Sheet (Technical Note) with essential facts under analysis that will be considered for the final determination. |
| December 26, 2017 | Deadline for interested parties to submit final briefs and deadline of the instruction phase of the process |
| January 15, 2018 | Issuance of Decom’s Final Determination Report |
