Sidera Consult, Farm Frites and Marques da Costa Support Successful International Day at St Nicholas School
On Saturday, October 28, St Nicholas School hosted its annual International Day, an event attended by over 1500 community members, which celebrates cultural diversity and supports local NGOs. At the event, more than 25 countries were represented by 21 stands, which were organized by the PTA, students, and community partners.
At International Day, students learn that all peoples can live in harmony, even with different customs and beliefs. The students are exposed to global cultures through food, shows, and educational stands that represent places as far as Sweden and Japan.
Through ticket sales and community support, the school helps support organizations such as Projeto Semente do Amanhã, GRAACC (supporting teenagers and children with cancer), AACD (working with physically disabled children), TETO and other charity initiatives led by students.
Sidera was proud to help coordinate community support for International day, including the donations of 300 kilos of french fries from Farm Frites and local Brazilian coffee from Marques da Costa. Thank you, Farm Frites and Marques da Costa, for your very generous donations!
We look forward to this great event again next year!
