Brazil Publishes Sunset Review Deadline for Line Pipes from China and Romania
The Brazilian Secretariat of Foreign Trade (Camex’s Secex) published today, on December 19, 2016, an official notice with the deadlines of the sunset review for line pipes originating from China and Romania, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (tariff code) 7304.19.00.
According to the notice, the new deadlines of the sunset review for Chinese line pipes are as it follows:

| March 30, 2017 | End of the probative phase of investigation |
| April 19, 2017 | Deadline for submitting briefs on data and information available in the case records |
| May 9, 2017 | Issuance of the Fact Sheet (Technical Note) |
| May 29, 2017 | Deadline for the interested parties to submit final commentaries |
| June 13, 2017 | Issuance of DECOM’s Final Determination Report |
The new deadlines of the sunset review for line pipes originating from Romania are:
