Sunset Review: Extension on the Antidumping Duty on Brazilian Imports of PP Resin from the United States

On November, 1, 2016, the Brazilian Chamber of Foreign Trade (CAMEX) published a notice on the extension of the antidumping duty applied on the Brazilian imports of polypropylene resin originating from the United States, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature 3902.10.20 and 3902.30.00.

According to the notice, the ad valorem tariff applied on the imports of the PP resin from the U.S. will be 10,6 % and it will be imposed for a period of five years.
