Sunset Review: Steel Pipe Exported from Romania

The Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Trade, through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX/MDIC), published on September 12, 2016, an official notice initiating a sunset review on the antidumping duty applied to Romanian imports of carbon steel pipe, classified under tariff code 7304.19.00.

The current duty applied is 14.3% (ad valorem).
