Sunset Review: Thermos Bottles Exported from China

The Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services published, on October 24, 2016, an official notice informing the deadlines for the sunset review on the antidumping duty applied on thermos bottles originating from China, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM) 9617.00.10.

According to the notice, the issuance of the factual sheet (technical notice) and the final determination by the Department of Commercial Defense (DECOM – Departamento de Defesa Comercial) are respectively due on February 13, 2016 and April 4, 2017.
