Sunset Review: Vacuum flasks exported from China

Today, the Ministry of Foreign Trade published an Official Notice opening a Sunset Review on the antidumping duty applied on Chinese imports of vacuum flasks, classified under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature: 9617.00.10.

Since the Brazilian authorities do not recognize China as a market economy, Germany was chosen as the surrogate country for purposes of calculating the normal value. Interested parties will have 70 days from the initiation of the investigation to comment on the choice of the surrogate country.

The initiation of the review will be timely published by the Government.
