Tariff reduction on Brazilian imports of unwrought aluminum

The Ministry of Industry, Services and Foreign Trade published on June 29, 2016 an Official Notice extinguishing tariffs on the Brazilian imports of unwrought aluminum. The Notice has also established a quota of 240.000 tones for unwrought aluminum imports for the period of one year.

The tariff reduction is limited to the imports, which have their import declarations accredited from August 18, 2016 to August 17, 2017.
