Tom has a bachelor’s degree in economics with extensive experience in various foreign trade issues, having served as an official of the Ministry of Economy in the area of Foreign Trade for five years. In his experience in the government sector, he worked as a technical analyst. Having participated in numerous investigations and procedures of unfair competition, verifications abroad notice to national companies in general, participated in technical meetings to modify the Regulations / Questionnaires / national procedures related to dumping investigations in the ARGENTINE REPUBLIC.
As the head of Buenos Aires offices, Tomas also intervenes on other foreign matters related to rate reduction under MERCOSUR, Non-preferential origins investigations, trade barriers, and market access.
Regarding fields not related to foreign trade, Tomas stands out in advising on public financing for SME’s, entrepreneurs’ innovation projects, and capital market instruments.
