Tomas Cwierz is a highly skilled Economic Advisor currently leading strategic initiatives at Sidera Consult, where he has been instrumental since April 2014. With a focus on public subsidies, tax benefits, and government programs for international trade promotion, Tomas has dedicated over a decade to empowering businesses to navigate financial landscapes and leverage government incentives for project growth and global market competitiveness.​

His role extends to LATO - Laboratorio Agrícola de Tecnología Orgánica, where since September 1997, Tomas has been pivotal as a Market Access, Finances, and Management Advisor. Here, he integrates his deep knowledge of international markets with his economic expertise to provide actionable insights that enhance agricultural technologies and sustainable practices. This long-term commitment underscores his profound understanding of the sector’s dynamics and his ability to drive meaningful change. Before his current engagements, Tomas served as an International Trade Economic Advisor, where he honed his skills in analyzing and advising on global trade mechanisms, including antidumping investigations, subsidies, and safeguards. His consultancy tenure includes significant achievements such as the ownership and leadership of ANRPyMEs from May 2011 to June 2013, where he focused on advising SMEs on public subsidies, fiscal benefits, and enhancing their presence in international commerce. Additionally, Tomas contributed to the Ministerio de Ambiente y Espacio Público GCBA from October 2011 to December 2019, advising on environmental and public space policies. His expertise was also called upon by the Undersecretariat of Economic Development in Buenos Aires, where from May 2009 to April 2011, he coordinated technology and entrepreneurship initiatives, notably the "PyMEs 2.0" and "Entrepreneurs development" software programs.
